You might need this if…

Your site or application feels slow, and you want to know which changes are worth making first.

What you get.

  1. A baseline for the pages or workflow we choose, with the test conditions recorded.
  2. A prioritized list of fixes for the sprint.
  3. Code changes for the selected bottlenecks, with checks for affected behavior.
  4. A before-and-after comparison, deployment notes, and remaining recommendations.

Show me what’s slow

Send the URL, the slow page or task, and the application stack if you know it.

Choose the fixes

I’ll confirm the measurements, fixes, access, and kickoff date with you before the sprint.

Fix it and compare

I’ll make the selected changes, run the same tests again, and send you the results and remaining work.

Before I start

  • An existing application and a specific page or workflow to investigate.
  • Repository, staging, and any hosting or measurement access the work needs.
  • A person who can approve changes and coordinate deployment.

What this doesn’t include

  • The $2,500 fee covers the work we list before kickoff. A rebuild, new features, or extra workflows need a separate quote.
  • Third-party services and infrastructure costs are separate. Changes to systems you do not control are recommendations rather than included repairs.
  • I’ll report the measurements; I don’t promise a Lighthouse score, search ranking, or revenue increase.
