Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive (for example the referring site), the browser and device type, approximate location derived from the IP address, and actions such as submitting the contact form. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies, and Google processes this data on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy.

We use this information only in aggregate, to improve the site. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Payments (Stripe)

If you pay us online, the payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card or bank details and billing information directly; we don't see or store your full card number. We receive the payment amount, status, and the contact and billing details needed for our records. Stripe handles that data under its privacy policy.

Email and the contact form

When you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you send: your name, email address, and the details of your project. The form is delivered to us by email. We use it to reply to you and to work on your project, and we don't add you to a mailing list or send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Sharing and retention

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, which process it on our behalf, or when the law requires it. We keep correspondence and payment records for as long as we need them for the work and for our business and tax records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hi@48web.com. Some records, such as invoices, may need to be kept for legal reasons.

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the "Last updated" date above.
