We’ll decide which systems I can work on, what I’ll take on each month, how we’ll stay in touch, and the price.

I’ll help your team tackle the priorities and keep a record of decisions and remaining work.

Before I start

  • A team contact who can authorize changes and decide priorities.
  • An existing application, release process, and queue to work from.
  • A conversation about whether a review or an initial repair sprint should come first.

What this doesn’t include

  • We’ll list the applications I can access, when I’m available, and how quickly I’ll respond before we start.
  • This monthly plan does not include 24/7 monitoring, emergency response, or unlimited repairs.
  • Specialist testing and work outside the monthly plan need a separate quote.
