Survey Snaps: put the question where the experience happens
QR-code feedback that keeps the location or service moment attached.
A comment about a bad experience becomes more useful when you know where it happened.
Survey Snaps connects short surveys to QR codes placed at customer touchpoints. The public workflow shows creating a question, placing its code, and reviewing feedback with the location or service moment attached.
Every response comes from somewhere.
Send sample feedback and follow it back to its location.
Context is part of the response
The QR code is the entry point. The more interesting part is what survives after someone answers: enough context for the person reviewing the feedback to know where to begin.
A code at a counter and a code at a front desk can ask similar questions while referring to different experiences. The current site describes setting up codes for individual locations, services, or moments.
The goal is to give a team an earlier opportunity to follow up. Whether that leads to a better experience depends on what the team does next. The software can make the response easier to find and understand; the response still needs a person behind it.
